Depending on the category you purchased from. Items purchased under Awoof Category usually take up to three to four weeks, this could change due to other factors. However shipping of items purchased under Normal categories are usually delivered within 48hours. (Working days only)
To benefit from the refferal system,You have to register here. Once you register you will be redirected to your BeautyBar online account (portal) where in your profile you will see your RefCode (a code unique to you alone). Share your Refcode with family and friends to use when shopping on our platform. Once you refer ten(10) people you win NGN5,000.
You can also see how many people you have reffered from your online account. All you need to is login and click on "My Refferals". Please note that the people you refer must also shop from us for you to qualify
Orders are usually confirmed immediately payments are received. However, the status of orders are usually updated as delivery process progress. Once your item is shipped the status of your item would be updated as well as when it is delivered

Incase you have placed an order and it has exceeded normal expected delivery time, please kindly login to your account or register select outstanding from the shortcut menu, upload details of payment and outstanding item. you will get an email from us immediately to plan your order

No, you dont need an account to place an order.
After confirmation of your order, an email containing order receipt and order code will be sent to you as well as updates on shipping. You can then track your orders from your account.
If for any reason(s) you would like to return a product, kindly re-packeage product as it was delivered. An agent would be sent to your location to inspect item and plan a refund
